I am a registered psychotherapist with 20 years experience helping people improve how they handle conflict, communicate better, grow more self aware, clarify what they want in life and develop coping strategies. I use evidence based therapeutic approaches and intuition to guide clients. Some common issues are relationship difficulties, major life decisions, self esteem, anxiety, depression or trauma.
