Huma Durrani Practice Description
I use a mix of approaches, including Art Therapy and Guided Drawing, Psychodynamic (past/childhood experiences, relationships), and trauma-informed EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). The sessions are tailored to meet client-specific needs. In our sessions, I focus on cognitive and emotional aspects, addressing the symptoms and deeper issues that may present in various ways. I incorporate creative expression to access and understand aspects of your experience that might be difficult to articulate, facilitating deeper insight and effective problem-solving.
