As a mindset and behaviour coach, i am very much forward focussed, which makes me quite unique as a counsellor. I will provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore new thinking, new beliefs and new strategies to heal and thrive in life. There is absolutely no need for anyone to stay stuck in the pain and hurt from the past. You have the power within to create a fulfilled, joyful and purposeful future.

Specialising in Anxiety, Trauma and Mindset Transformation, I use a very powerful, safe and fast Therapy method, called: The Richards Trauma Process. I am so honoured to be able to serve my clients with this amazing therapy and the results are just simply fantastic.
