Approach Description: My approach is both scientifically sound as well as emotionally focused. I integrate experiential therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing (SE), along with neurobiology and cognitive therapies. I believe in the mind-body-spirit connection, and will guide you towards alignment between all three of these areas. Through identifying core beliefs, uncovering and healing trauma, and re-training the nervous system, I guarantee you will experience lasting results. I enjoy witnessing client’s uncover internal peace, passion and purpose as they walk their path of life. Therapy with me will result in strengthened relationships, increased clarity, living in alignment with purpose, and finding peace in the present moment.
