We all know what it feels like to experience overwhelm - when life just seems to get out of control. As individuals, we develop our own coping mechanisms to help us get through these difficult times. Things that where helpful at one point, often stop serving us in the long run. If you feel tired of what feels like an uphill battle, it might be worthwhile to consider how therapy can help you. This journey is is not easy, but it can be tremendously rewarding in the long run. Together, we can work on understanding how past experiences have shaped you into the person that you are today and how you can move forward with developing a greater sense of connection to yourself.

My practice is focused on understanding and appreciating the inner resilience and innate healing power we all have within ourselves. I have extensive experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, helping individuals during their most challenging moments. My focus is on establishing a sense of your inner landscape and appreciating all parts of you, even the ones that have been seemingly harmful or distractive. The acceptance if often the necessary catalyst for deep and long-lasting change. I have seen people transform their lives once they were able to appreciate parts of themselves they have long denied and been ashamed of.
As a Registered Sex Addiction Therapist, I also work with individuals who struggle with compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography and relationship issues. I work with clients who have experienced betrayal trauma as a result of their partner's infidelity or struggles with addiction issues. I recognize the importance of working with couples and families in order to help everyone affected and to help them find a path to moving forward. I take great care to thoroughly asess and understand the history and presenting issue. In my experience, the right level of care is the most important factor to ensuring success and positive changes.
