I am so passionate about working with my clients, meeting them where they are at, to best support and guide living a more authentic life with relief and healing. I provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents who may experience anxiety, phobias, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, mood and personality disorders, chronic pain or illness, and dissociative disorders. I understand how difficult it may be to begin therapy or find a therapist that is right for you. My goal is for you to be seen, heard, and supported and I believe finding a therapist you can connect with is everything and necessary to make change. With my expertise in EMDR, CBT, and DBT, I believe we can make long term change and relieve the distress you are experiencing because I have seen it can happen firsthand. I am dedicated to prioritizing your own comfort and collaborating with you on what approach best suits you. I hope to connect and support you to work towards feeling like you again.

Jennie Robinson Practice Description
I take a holistic approach in working with my clients, taking in all the factors that may be impacting you and believe every client is unique and the expert of their own life. I received training in EMDR which is evidence-based and believe this approach can promote healing for a variety of concerns. I also utilize processing through CBT, somatic work, and skill use through DBT. I am licensed in both Florida and Maryland and can provide in person and virtual therapy for anyone residing in the state of Florida and virtual therapy for anyone residing in the state of Maryland. I have experience working in partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient, community mental health, and private practice which I believe has developed my skills and expertise in several areas.
