I welcome adults and children 13 and up.I work with adults and adolescents providing teletherapy to individuals who are encountering difficulties with Relationship Issues, Stress management, Life Transitions or issues related to Self Worth, Anxiety/Mood Disorders, Grief, parenting concerns, Career issues, academic issues (study skills, academic progress, adjustment to school), social skills (friendships, conflict resolution), culture, and other Phase of Life issues. I can offer you a safe space to be who you are free of judgment to allow you to explore, grow, and learn to be your best self.
