The psychodynamic approach tries to adapt the principles of psychoanalysis to the context of modern psychotherapy. Its objective is that the patient will know his true self; for what it is necessary an in-depth analysis of the personality by putting greater focus on the current problems of the person
I also work with a Psychosomatic approach, to help you deal with illnesses (Allergies, bowel discomfort, digestive issues, breathing diseases) with a treatment focused on recognizing emotions. Working with the stress, we can reduce the recurrence of the episodes by understanding the emotions, and learning how to cope with them.
Within my practice, I also work with CBT, positive parenting solutions and a Neurodiverse affirmative approach to help parents with behaviour struggles with their kids and children with disabilities (High functioning ASD, Development delays, ADHD, etc) already enrolled in FSCD or not.
