I see difficulties in the relationships as the opportunity for moving in a different direction. As a family therapist and a mother and as a human being, I know how hard it can be when the people we love the most are the ones we struggle with the most. The pain and the isolation, the helplessness and the hopelessness. However, I truly believe these are the moments, where we can find the energy to change, with the right focus and direction. In my work, I approach every person, coupe and family with immense curiosity and compassion. I aim to provide a place where all questions and doubts and misunderstandings and frustrations are welcomed, where we will be exploring solutions and ways of relating to bring better communication, deeper connections and clearer understanding of how to be intentional in your interactions. I can bring a focus on moving toward connecting and growing that could become life changing.
