I see difficulties in the relationships as the opportunity for moving in a different direction. As a family therapist and a mother and as a human being, I know how hard it can be when the people we love the most are the ones we struggle with the most. The pain and the isolation, the helplessness and the hopelessness. However, I truly believe these are the moments, where we can find the energy to change, with the right focus and direction.
In my work, I approach every person, coupe and family with immense curiosity and compassion. I aim to provide a place where all questions and doubts and misunderstandings and frustrations are welcomed, where we will be exploring solutions and ways of relating to bring better communication, deeper connections and clearer understanding of how to be intentional in your interactions. I can bring a focus on moving toward connecting and growing that could become life changing.

My practice offers both virtual and in-person therapy sessions, providing flexibility to meet the needs of each individual, couple, or family. I tailor my approach to each person's or family’s unique situation, ensuring that the treatment is personalized, whether in a virtual setting or face-to-face. I focus on fostering a supportive, non judgmental , creative and compassionate environment. My goal is to create a safe space where each person, couple, or family feels heard and understood, allowing them to explore their own potential, believe in themselves, and make meaningful progress.
We will meet for an initial consultation process to more fully understand how I can be of help and answer any possible questions that might arise. We will explore how to move forward with a plan that addresses your goals for therapy.
