At Therapy with Kelsey, I work with individuals aged 10 and older, as well as all types of couples. I specialize in addressing anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, grief, depression, and relationship and communication challenges. Using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client or couple's unique needs. Committed to ongoing professional development, I strive to provide inclusive and personalized therapy, especially for the LGBTQIA+ community, helping clients navigate complex emotions and relationships with confidence and resilience.
