Approach Description: I specialize in working with women’s complex health issues including chronic illness, anxiety, grief and loss, infertility, pregnancy anxiety following pregnancy loss, birth trauma and medical trauma. I am passionate about serving women and teen girls in both individual and group therapy settings, specifically navigating chronic illness such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, HSD/EDS, dysautonomia/POTS, long covid and more.

  • My individual rate is $250 per session (limited sliding scale available: $200, $215, 225). Women’s CBT currently provides the following online 8 week therapy groups: * Women aged 18-20’s & 30’s navigating chronic illness and chronic pain, which is $150 per session (limited sliding scale $100, $115, 125 available). Meets online for 8 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:15. * Teen girls aged 13-17 navigating chronic illness like endometriosis, HSD/EDS, dysautonomia/POTS, and long covid, which is $150 per session (limited sliding scale $100, $115, 125 available). Meets online for 8 weeks on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:15.

I specialize in working with women’s complex health issues including chronic illness, anxiety, grief and loss, infertility, pregnancy anxiety following pregnancy loss, birth trauma and medical trauma. When beginning therapy, individuals can expect to meet weekly for at least 8-12 sessions at the same day and time using integrative evidence based treatments like trauma informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy tools, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic processing and somatic/mindfulness skills. Some individuals will choose to continue weekly therapy beyond this time frame based on their own individual goals and progress. For more information, please visit my website www.womenscbt.com
