Approach Description: I utilize the principles of neuroscience through the utilization of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Family Systems Theory and somatic processing. I am deeply committed to guiding my clients toward discovery of their core selves. Utilizing core self leadership, clients have the opportunity to reparent the parts of self that have had to fortify, morph, or remain dormant as a result of pain and shame. By discovering our innate capability to heal, we are empowered to bring that healing into all of our vocational callings.

Therapy Sessions Kelsey Myers Practice Description
I am a trauma-informed therapist, speaker, consultant, and writer who is driven by a love of people and a deep desire to see generative healing in my own life and the lives of others. Through the lens of spiritual formation and interpersonal neurobiology—with a generous dose of humor and conviction—I help guides individuals, groups, and communities through experiences that facilitate discovery, growth, and lasting change. As a creative leader I enjoys partnering with organizations to support development of their core structures and passions. With a shared understanding of both desires and blocks to those desires, I help guide organizations through the process of identifying miscommunications and pain points, engaging healthfully, and establishing trust to heal relational rupture. When healthy humans lead organizations, everyone thrives.
