Once we know what is causing your problem, we can get to work on reducing the symptoms. I will work with you to identify the triggers to your symptoms and teach you natural coping strategies to decrease your symptoms and improve your overall functioning.

- Online Therapy Details: I use a therapy portal system called Therapy notes. It is a HIPPA compliant portal that allows video sessions.
I provide online therapy to both individuals and groups. Using integrative mental health techniques, we will work together to determine the origin of your symptoms and then find natural ways to decrease your symptoms and improve your functioning. I have also developed educational online courses available if you want to learn about natural coping skills and strategies on your own time.
