I work with adults with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, attachment wounds and trauma, unhealthy relationship patterns, and persistent negative self-talk. My primary objective is to help my clients increase self-awareness and acceptance, develop emotional fluency, enhance their ability to cope with daily stressors, and create positive changes in their lives.

These modalities are designed to help you access the deeper aspects of your psyche that may lie below your conscious awareness. Every individual’s journey is unique and the therapy, as such, responds to your specific needs. I offer a free 20 minute introductory session.
