I am a highly trained and experienced psychotherapist specializing in Integrative Art Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My approach is flexible and collaborative—therapy with me doesn’t have to involve art unless that resonates with you. I am here to help you explore what’s beneath the surface, untangle complex emotions, and create meaningful change in your life.
Before becoming a therapist, I built a successful career in design and technology. My own journey of personal growth and healing deepened my curiosity about people—what drives us, what holds us back, and what helps us thrive. This inspired me to retrain as a psychotherapist, combining my life experiences with professional expertise to support others on their journeys.
At my core, I am compassionate, empathic, and deeply committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space. While I can be direct when it’s helpful, my approach is always warm, grounded, and trustworthy.

Approach Description: My therapeutic approach is integrative and rooted in evidence-based methods, drawing from both Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Art Psychotherapy. I aim to help you access and process deeper thoughts and feelings, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and empower you to move toward the life you want.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I adapt to your pace and preferences, whether that means focusing on reflective conversation, exploring creative expression, or incorporating other tailored techniques. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and encouraged to explore and grow.
Finding the right therapist is a big step, and I’m here to make the process less daunting. Please feel free to reach out for an initial conversation to see if we might be the right fit.

I work from a welcoming space near Regent’s Park in Central London. My practice offers two distinct settings: a cozy therapy room for talking-based sessions and a larger studio space for those who wish to explore hands-on creative work. The studio is equipped with a wide range of materials for clients to express themselves freely and without judgment.
Whether we’re talking, creating, or blending the two, my focus is on helping you feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll find an approach that works best for you and your unique needs.
