The primary focus of my practice is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a highly effective evidence based therapy. EMDR has been proven to be highly effective for a range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. I have training in standard EMDR, Attachment informed EMDR, and Flash Technique (a form of EMDR where the client does not need to ever talk about the issues being worked on). I also have training in DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Narrative Therapy. Every person has a unique set of experiences and challenges and I fit therapy to your individual needs. I believe you shouldn’t have to pay to ask questions, so I offer a free intake session so that you can meet me and decide if I will be a good fit to help you.
