You've done the talk therapy thing before, but still feel like something is missing. On the outside, it looks like you have made it and people remind you of how far you have come. But then, there seems to be an emptiness inside of you—either from being overwhelmed or numbed out by your emotions. You are constantly giving 110% of yourself to your relationships, even though no one else seems to put that same effort into you. It has depleted you, exhausted you. There are things from your own past that need to be confronted, but it was always easier for you to bury yourself in others' problems. Not anymore, now it is time for a change. It is time for you to put yourself first and to align your emotions, mind, and body. It can be scary to look inwards for healing, and I can be your therapist to walk with you on this journey. My approach to therapy is emotionally-focused, attachment-based, and trauma-informed. If you are ready to put yourself first, please call or email me to set up a free 30-minute consultation.

Approach Description: If you've tried talk therapy before and it didn't work for you, it may be time to explore a different approach. The Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) is a specialized model that targets complex trauma, dissociation, and emotional difficulties. With CRM, clients have access to secure resources that allow them to safely process traumatic material using techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, imagery, and inner child work.
As an Emotionally Focused Therapist, I understand that disconnection in couples can lead to anger and reactivity, causing partners to grow further apart. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is highly effective in addressing this disconnection by helping partners understand their own emotional experiences and how they impact the relationship. By organizing and distilling our emotional reality, EFT enables partners to finally understand and meet each other's needs and longings. If you're seeking a roadmap to connection, EFT can guide you to a safe haven. Contact me for a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
