We are living in unsettling times that can bring up difficult and painful feelings. Perhaps you are troubled by anxiety or sadness. Perhaps you are feeling increased stress at work, in relationship, or have reached a crossroads in your life. These kinds of experiences can be challenging, even overwhelming. If you are struggling to navigate your life right now we can work together to build strength and create lasting inner change - to help you come home to your authentic self. Based on my background, many of my clients are writers, creative professionals, lawyers, college students/applicants, and people facing life transitions.

Fees
- Average Session Fee 150-210
- Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
- I offer free consultation sessions. In addition, I offer a flexible sliding scale fee to clients who are not able to afford my standard fee ($210/session). For clients who are interested in utilizing the sliding scale I welcome a conversation about financial circumstances (affordability, budget, the use of PPO insurance, etc.), and what would help make therapy accessible and financially viable. I have found that I am often able to accommodate clients who are interested in working with me in therapy but who find that finances could be an obstacle.
- Out of Network
- I do not accept insurance as an in-network provider but am happy to provide a monthly statement (superbill) that will allow you to seek reimbursement from your PPO health plan for out-of-network therapy.

- Online Therapy Details: I offer teletherapy by phone and/or video (Zoom).
In my practice, I encourage clients to reflect on the origin and meaning of their experiences. I also welcome close attention to dreams, images, creative expression, and other aspects of the inner world, as well as the therapy relationship itself. Many clients further benefit from the development of cognitive and/or mindfulness-based skills to deal with and move through painful feelings and symptoms. In the process, we discover how patterns of feeling and thought stand in the way of a deeper sense of vitality, purpose, resilience, and joy in life. For many clients, this process, which Jung called individuation, feels very much like a homecoming, a coming home to themselves.
I provide a safe, comfortable space in which your your authentic self - your individual wholeness - is recognized and affirmed. Ultimately, therapy succeeds when it helps you see and feel the light of your own being, and create paths of fulfillment that are truly your own.
