I provide both individual therapy and neuropsychological evaluations to children ages 6 and older, adolescents, and adults. As an individual therapist, I work with clients to address and process areas of concern and develop plans for change and intervention. I use cognitive behavior therapy, family systems therapy, relational theory, and research based approaches such as mindfulness. My neuropsychological evaluations are thorough, and I provide extensive data-driven recommendations focused on all areas of daily life (home, school, work, community). My areas of evaluation expertise include learning disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and anxiety. I also team with parents to secure necessary support and services for their children. I strive to affirm all identities and profiles. I have extensive knowledge of neurodiversity.
