I have 2 convenient office locations, in Long Beach/Belmont Shore and Costa Mesa/Newport Beach. I also offer telehealth services for anyone residing in California. I treat depression, anxiety, trauma, cultural issues, couples & family issues, the LGBTQ+ community, ADHD, PTSD, and much more. I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed therapy, as well as Humanistic therapy.
