I provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for my clients, no matter your circumstances or background. I understand from my own experience how difficult it can be to trust someone, open up or even identify what is troubling us. My hope is to create a space free of judgement, where you can feel secure enough to explore your experiences. I treat all clients with respect, professionalism, confidentiality and care from the first contact to final sessions.

I work with adults of all ages, genders, ethnicities and backgrounds. It is important to me that counselling be as inclusive as possible. I work on a one to one basis with in-person sessions available in Aberdeen and Westhill. Online sessions are also available. I have personal interest and experience working across neurodiversity, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse and sexual abuse. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Person Centered Counselling from the University of Aberdeen. I am also a member of BACP meaning I work to the standards and ethical code set out by this professional bodies. Person Centered therapy stems from three core principles: authenticity, positive attitude and acceptance of individuals as they actually are. This means I am authentic and genuine with my clients. I look beyond behaviours to the person you are underneath and offer a non-judgemental space.
