*Currently accepting NEW clients* - Hi there, I'm Molly! I help all kinds of humans (18+) navigate the ups and downs of life. Often, my clients are struggling with depression, anxiety, difficulties within relationships (like conflict, codependency, and people pleasing), and difficulties measuring up to the rigid and unrealistic expectations of the world we live in (leaving them with a deep sense of shame and unworthiness). Simply existing as a human can be really hard somedays, let alone doing all of the things that come with human-ing.
Our work together is informed by my experience (over a decade of work in the mental health system, including hospitals and a school board), knowledge, and more formal certifications (in modalities like CBT for instance -- but there is SO much more than CBT!), and of course by you and the uniqueness of your stories and experiences. Please consider reaching out -- I would love to hear from you.

Approach Description: The therapeutic relationship between client and clinician is one of the best predictors of "success" (however you define this) in therapy. I offer warmth, quality and effective care, and a truly judgement-free space. I see you with the utmost compassion and understanding, and my clients would describe me as kind, down to earth, relaxed, (hopefully funny - when appropriate!), and genuinely invested in their wellbeing. I help my clients can find comfort in our relationship quickly, so that they can feel safe with me in doing such (sometimes) painful, vulnerable, and intimate work together.
In addition to and of course (!!!), it is just as important to offer a level of clinical skill and experience to support my clients in their process. My approach is eclectic, and I draw from various evidence-based modalities (ways of doing therapy), and consider attachment and human development, in our work. I hold formal certifications in CBT, DBT, ACT, and Brainspotting, and also love to incorporate somatics work (body-based) when helpful.
I understand how challenging life can be sometimes. I would be honoured and excited to work with you in making life more fulfilling, enjoyable, or simply a little easier to cope with. Please feel free to reach out for any information - I'd love to hear from you!
