I'm Monique Randle, and my practice is dedicated to helping you navigate life’s complexities with boldness and confidence. As a proud Black kinky queer Christian woman, I bring my full self into my work, offering a unique and unapologetic approach to therapy. I specialize in working with ambitious women who are ready to break free from societal expectations and embrace their true selves. Whether you're dealing with trauma, relationship challenges, or exploring your sexuality, I'm here to support you. While I primarily focus on women, I also occasionally work with men who are aligned with my approach and values. If you're seeking a therapist who champions authenticity over respectability and supports sex workers, affirms LGBTQ+ identities, embraces all body sizes, and understands kink and polyamory, you're in the right place. In my practice, I address a range of issues including trauma, childhood abuse, relationship struggles, identity exploration, self-esteem, and sexual health. I understand that these challenges can be deeply rooted in societal pressures and past experiences, and I am committed to helping you unravel these complexities. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be unapologetically yourself. I use a variety of therapy techniques to support your journey, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and EMDR for trauma processing. However, I believe that therapy doesn’t stop when the session ends. I assign homework tailored to your specific needs, designed to deepen your self-awareness and foster continued growth between our meetings. These assignments might include journaling, mindfulness exercises, or practical tasks to challenge and expand your comfort zone. When you work with me, you can expect a transformative journey. Together, we'll delve deep into your unique story, uncovering and healing past wounds and challenging societal norms that have held you back. My goal is to empower you to reclaim your voice, embrace your sexuality, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. You'll learn to navigate life with greater confidence, authenticity, and joy. Therapy with me is not about fitting into a mold; it's about breaking free from it. If you're ready to shed people-pleasing behaviors, heal old wounds, and discover the badass, unapologetic version of yourself, let's embark on this journey together. Reach out to me today, and let’s get started on creating a life that truly reflects who you are. My flexible hours of availability—Monday, Wednesday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM, Monday to Thursday, 5 PM to 9 PM, with weekend options possible—along with online therapy options, offer you convenient access to healing that fits your schedule.
