Psychotherapy opens our perceptions to the meanings behind our beliefs and patterns of behavior, that in turn comprise the roles we take in our lives. My job is to help you integrate these perceptions and access these meanings, so you can expand your life by creating new roles.

I treat individuals, couples, families and groups. I am a psychodynamically focused therapist who uses experientail, cognitive/behavioral, as well as traditional talk therapy. With a strong focus on attachment theory, together we will learn to understand your beliefs and behaviors and work toward what you want and need to enhance your life. I am a certified Trainer, Educator Practioner (TEP) in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy. In addition to my private practice, I also teach and supervise other mental health professionals in this methodology and philosophy. In addition to the weekly psychodrama group that I run for some of my individual clients, I also offer some weekend workshops that are topic related, such as Relationships: Building Intimacy, The Money Drama: Creating a Mindset of Abundance, Dream Work: Finding the Hidden Gifs in our Dreams, Parenting: Love and Limits, and Somatodrama; Stories Our Bodies Hold.
My psychotherapy center has a dedicated group room, individual consultation room and dedicated art room.
