I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in Michigan. My appointments are offered via telehealth, which has proven to be very accommodating for my clients and allows them more freedom to schedule appointments. I specialize in depression, anxiety, women's issues, grief, family conflict, substance abuse, PTSD, and life adjustments. I graduated from the University of Arkansas, Alpha Epsilon Lambda, and received my Masters in Counseling while earning a certification in Rehabilitation Counseling. If you are new to counseling, I assure you I will help you move past any anxiety you may feel.
I utilize EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) mindfulness, talk therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)-informed, somatic, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help my clients achieve their life goals.
