Therapy Sessions Rachel W. Friendly, Ph.D. Practice Description
Therapy with me is, above-all, collaborative: I bring expertise from my years in the field, but only you are the expert on you! Clients would say I am warm and empathic, but also use humor and gentle challenge to move you forward in your journey. I believe in the power of relationships, and that the therapy relationship - the one between us - is our most powerful tool for change. I also believe that we cannot get far without acknowledging the impact of the often oppressive systems that we are socialized into on our health and wellbeing.
