My approach integrates psychodynamic and existential-humanistic theory, and utilizes trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioral (i.e. ACT, DBT) interventions. I specialize in supporting highly sensitive and growth-oriented individuals who have struggled to find their way, or have endeavored to do so in spite of great obstacles. With a background in the arts, trauma-informed yoga, and working with non-ordinary states of consciousness, I believe creativity, somatic awareness, and spirituality can greatly inform mental health and well-being. I welcome the exploration of these experiences in our work together, as I help you move toward a life of greater fulfillment, meaning, and joy.
