Our practice is open to all! We welcome all people from all backgrounds into our safe space. Come as you are, and we'll dive deep into all of the parts of you that make you unique! Instead of pathologizing, and exploring what's "wrong" with you- we'll teach you self-acceptance and self-love; with understanding that unhealthy coping is something you've developed along the way as a way to survive. We'll take a look at changing coping to something healthier, with deeper understanding of how the previous way has protected you. We are firm believers that there are "no bad parts" of you- just parts that have been watching out and protecting you thus far. Making sustainable change takes time, hard, work, and self-awareness, and we are here with you every step of the way.
