- Psychoanalytic
Approach Description: Román’s treatment approach is in-depth therapy tailored to the needs of each unique individual. It involves seeking deep understanding of a person’s relation to self and others, thoughts and feelings, wishes and desires, fears and anxieties. Román facilitates this through attentive listening and speaking what needs to be known, without impatience, judgement or superficiality. His work is focused on alleviating suffering by bringing clarity to anything that feels confusing and exploring connections between parts of the mind that may be disconnected. His goal is to help those who are seeking meaning, insight and enduring change to become who they are.
