As a therapist I really enjoy getting to connect with people with a wide variety of backgrounds. I believe that each person is doing the best they can with the resources they have at the moment. My goal is to always help you to get where you want to be. Therapy can look different depending on the goals and the person's personality, and I try my best to find an approach that will work for you.

Approach Description: I have experience using a wide variety of approaches. I get a sense of what might be most beneficial based on our first session. - Online Therapy Details: via a Telehealth platform through grow therapy
I practice tele therapy through a group called Grow Therapy. They have their own HIPPA compliant Telehealth platform that I use to see clients. During the first session I get a good understanding of what the person is wanting to work on in therapy as well as set goals together. From there we set a schedule that works for that person and the goals they want to meet.
