What do you do when you are struggling or feeling lost and overwhelmed? How do you support yourself? For me, well-being comes from knowing that no matter what life throws at you, you can courageously and compassionately face it and give yourself what you need to get through it. It comes from knowing you have the strength and ability to cope with any uncertainty. When we know how to support ourselves, we can face and get through anything.

Shannon Loewen Practice Description
It takes so many skills to just navigate life. We need to manage and cope with stress and unexpected life events, have healthy communication and foster good relationships, tame unruly and unhelpful thoughts and mental chatter, disentangle ourselves from others’ expectations, and ride and soothe the storms of our emotions. None of these are innate skills; they have to be learned and practiced. I can help you to develop and strengthen these skills and bring them into your daily life.
