I specialize working with relationship issues, relational and betrayal trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, and childhood trauma. I understand the emotional ups and downs you are going through when it comes to your relationships, because that is important to you. When you come see me, I have your relationships in mind when we work together. You will learn ways to move to a more secure relationships where you feel heard and understood. I also use a holistic approach to therapy. Not only we will look at your thoughts and feelings, but I may incorporate some somatic interventions to help your body as well.
