Having trained in therapy from a depth perspective, I utilize a psychodynamic approach where I work with my clients to uncover the origins of their suffering. We can't heal what we are not aware of and what we don't feel. As a psychotherapist I assist my clients to uncover and discover the unawareness around thoughts, beliefs, and feelings that are no longer working in their lives, so that change and healing can occur. In addition to talk therapy, I have a holistic approach and will work with you collaboratively to best meet your needs which may include mindfulness, and body orientated awareness.
