In my practice, I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, body image issues, disordered eating, relationship challenges, and broader women's mental health. I recognize that the pressures we face — whether from societal expectations, past trauma, or personal struggles — can deeply affect how we see ourselves and relate to others. Whether you're grappling with anxiety, seeking peace with your body, navigating complicated relationships, or dealing with the emotional challenges that come with being a woman in today’s world, I’m here to help you uncover the root causes of your pain and work toward lasting change.

Approach Description: My work is person-centered and rooted in the attachment and relational approaches in therapy. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities, including somatic therapy, attachment, feminist theory, CBT, and DBT to collaborate, support, and empower you in your individual goals. Our client-therapist relationship is truly important in the therapeutic process and I work to create a safe, authentic, and nonjudgemental therapeutic space. Additionally, I utilize a Health at Every Size (HAES®) and body liberation informed framework throughout my practice to support you in your journey, whether that includes body image work, disordered eating, feeling connected to your body, or you just want a therapist who understands the diet culture and anti-fat bias that impacts the way we move through the world.
I am truly passionate about empowering and supporting others heal and grow. I believe we all have the ability to feel empowered and secure in our lives and it is my goal to support you in taking the steps toward lasting change.
