Our first session is 90 minutes so I can get to know you and understand your needs and begin to make a plan along with traditional mindfulness practices, inquiry and usually "homework" for the next session! All subsequent sessions are one hour in length, begin with a short guided mindfulness practice to build self awareness followed by inquiry and insight.
