For over 18 years, I've been providing individual counseling to clients in their time of need. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you can openly discuss the things that are distressing and impacting your life, without judgment.

I provide counseling for individuals, ages 18 and older in Maryland, Indiana, Nebraska, Connecticut, Maine, and Florida. Our clients include those who have experienced: grief, loss, depression, school or work difficulty, relationship challenges, emotional abuse, stress and anxiety.
