Tyler Goulet (He/Him)

Pre-Licensed Professional, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) #13521
 therapist: Tyler Goulet,
Online in California (Online Only)
I’m a male mental health therapist for men. I help men with anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, communication, career, and work stress. I became a mental health therapist because I could not find a therapist like me. I am described by my clients as casual, engaging, and practical. Let’s get personal. I grew up in a poor, blue collar, single mother family. Food stamps, free school food, and not enough money for field trips. I grew up with my dad in prison. For most of my life I chased money, power, and prestige because I thought it would fix my problems with anxiety, depression, anger, and relationships. I was wrong. After getting laid off for the 4th time in 4 years, I had to take a year off on mental health disability. It was during this time that I committed to being the change I want to see in male mental health. I might be the right mental health therapist for you if you’re looking for a male therapist who has overcome personal challenges with poverty, family, and mental health.
