As your therapist, I will support you while you gain self-awareness and self-compassion in order to encourage a more fulfilling, intentional personal journey. My customized client progress plans are mindfulness-based grounded in a foundation of person-centered and experiential therapy. My goal is to be a supportive teammate as you navigate through your current life challenges.
I work with culturally diverse individuals, couples and families that are experiencing relational conflict, life transitions, low self-worth, emotional discomfort and much more. I am passionate about helping families of young adults that are struggling to launch into their next life phase of "adulting," and adolescents navigating the weeds of depression and anxiety. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals with special needs - autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, ADD, and learning disorders. All are welcome.
As a practice, we offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment that promotes growth and positive change. Our individual office spaces are dimly lit and comfortably arranged to provide a soothing environment for our clients. For our child and adolescent clients, we have a creative space to help them actively communicate beyond verbal language.
I consider myself as a work in progress. I am curious about life and constantly exploring ways to remain passionate, confident and resilient in my daily living. I wish the same for my clients. If you are reviewing my profile and not sure that I am the right fit, please give me a call for a free phone consultation. It will allow you to develop a level of comfort with me which is so very important to you successfully meeting your goals. Let's chat...
