Alan Brandis, Ph.D.
Psychologist, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist
I am certified by PSYPACT for Interjurisdictional (Interstate) Telepsychology practice. I use HIPAA-compliant secure video conferencing, and most testing can be performed online as well. I have found that a video conference, in which masks are not needed, allow us to make more real connections than mask-to-mask in the office. Facial expressions can be read and responded to much more effectively in video conference, compared to wearing masks.

For many clients with busy lives, online therapy reduces the obstacles of travel, traffic, and parking, and provides a simple way of managing billing/payment.
