Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, battling anxiety, ADHD, Autism, or struggling with intense emotions and impulses? Do you find navigating social cues and communication challenging, making it difficult to build fulfilling relationships? With compassion and curiosity, I invite you to explore the influences behind your recurring patterns, so that you can achieve deep transformation and satisfaction. As a BIPOC, trauma-informed therapist experienced in navigating neurodivergent challenges, complex relationship dynamics, family/intergenerational issues, and narcissistic abuse, I tailor my approach to personal and relational growth, trauma recovery, and identity exploration. My priority is to empower you to develop confidence, resilience, balance and a positive self-image. My therapy practice is also rooted in a lifelong interest in the interplay of our common humanity and individual uniqueness. I use a bicultural and mindfulness lens to draw from my own process of self-discovery and emotional experience to meet you in yours. Meaningful change is possible and I am here to walk that path with you at your pace. Together, we can reshape entrenched habits that no longer serve you and overcome barriers. Reach out to me for a complimentary 50-minute consultation to begin your journey towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Alexandra Goodall

Counsellor/Therapist, MA, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
I look forward to supporting you in the comfort of your own home! A NOTE ON ONLINE SESSIONS: Approximately half or more of my client base is made up of clients doing online sessions. Clients often mention that they feel tentative about online therapy: is it as good or effective as in-person sessions? I can confidently say, yes. Often, it can work better for clients who find they can relax in their own space and focus without the stress of commuting to an office. Counselling, emotional work, sex and intimacy coaching are all well-suited to online environments. I frequently practice somatic, arts-based psychotherapy and trauma processing in an online session format with no sacrifice to quality and safety. Additionally, I have been on both sides of the therapeutic relationship this way, having done my own work as a client with therapists I could only access through their online session offerings for years. We are truly fortunate to have this option right at our fingertips, making therapy available to those in rural areas or those who are in need of specialties not available in their location. For more information on my practice, please visit: https://www.theravive.com/therapists/alexandra-goodall.aspx?t=reserve I sincerely look forward to connecting with you and discussing our work through a complementary initial consult.

Birgit Schreiber

Psychological therapy, online/videoconferencing As a psychotherapist with a doctorate, I have 25 years of experience in psychotherapy and now offer therapy also in the online counseling/therapy space. I have found this an effective alternative, due to the many benefits, including convenience, flexibility, and ease of access and offering a wider choice of therapist. I approach my clients with openness, acceptance and curiosity, and together we find ways to understand, manage, and change unhelpful patterns, overwhelming feelings, challenging conditions, or past experiences that can hold us back. I recommend an initial consultation to get to know each other. I pursue a multimodal therapy approach and have extensive knowledge in dealing with psychological, social, family and professional problems. My specializations include, among others: • Stress management, coping strategies, and burnout prevention • Reactions to any stress, including relational, social, familial, personal, and professional • Anxiety disorders and related symptoms • Depressions and related challenges around mood • Challenges in professional life, especially during career changes and in leadership positions • Adjustment disorders, losses, separation, trauma, and other life changes • Problems in interpersonal relationships, partner and family challenges I prefer to work in a time-limited and collaborative way. Together we find ways for you to change some aspects in your life in sustainable ways. Please feel free to write to me with any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger". We've all heard this, but can we actualize it? Within our struggles, anxieties, and suffering is the possibility for some kind of psychological re-birth. Together we can look at what life is asking of you, what are your unique tasks? Together we can lean into how your adversities may be your existential wake-up call. Together we can move towards developing your personal strengths, deepening your appreciation of life, enriching your relationships, opening yourself to new possibilities, a great sense of meaning and a deeper spiritual attitude.
