Dr. Abrielle Conway, Rooted in Grace Psychological Services

Psychologist, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist
I'm accepting telehealth (online) clients in most states via PSYPACT, an interjurisdictional practice compact which facilitates greater access to specialized care. I use a HIPAA compliant electronic health record in order to protect your privacy. We can meet anywhere you have privacy, feel safe to be yourself, and have a reliable internet connection. This often involves meeting in the comfort of your home, a (non-moving) vehicle, or your place of employment. I've found that online therapy allows increased flexibility/convenience and reduces time and resources spent driving to and from an office location. If you have questions about meeting via telehealth, I'm happy to answer them in our initial consultation.

Jennifer L Lechliter

Licensed Professional Counselor, LCPC, NCC
Hi, I'm Jenn. From a variety of my own experiences & challenges over the years, I've learned firsthand how stressful & overwhelming life can be - especially during forced or unexpected changes such as moving, starting college, getting a promotion, or facing an unexpected loss of any type. If you find yourself feeling stuck, burnt-out, frequently questioning yourself & striving for perfection in ways that impact your school/work, relationships, & everyday realities: I want you to know you are capable of finding relief in ways beyond what you might initially believe. My personalized, trauma-informed approaches have supported numerous individuals in leading more fulfilling, balanced lives. My online practice allows you the convenience of meeting from the comfort of your home when time is short. Please reach out if you need times of the day/week other than what you see as available for us to meet together. For self-pay clients, I partner with Mentaya to assist you in claiming out-of-network benefits as applicable. I'm also in the process of accepting United Health Care insurance at some point in the near future. Reach out with any questions or to have a free consult call together. I look forward to connecting with you!

Hope I. Hills, Ph.D.

Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist in NC, Authorized PsyPact Practitioner in 40 states
Although I see clients in person if you live close to me in NC, I am "authorized" to see clients through Teletherapy by PsyPact, which lets me work with folks in all PsyPact states. I see individuals and couples (who sometimes aren't in the same place!) on my platform, and there is an "ease" that I don't think people expect. My core theory approach is Interpersonal Psychotherapy (combined with CBT, Gestalt, attention to lifestyle, spiritual life and career). I use testing to give us a "quickstart", namely the MBTI, FIRO/B, and Strong Interest Inventory. I also have a list of "handouts" (You wouldn't guess that I've been a professor in Counseling Psychology, would you?!) and a model called the Interpersonal Flexibility Circle that I've developed to more clearly see concretely how relationships really work. All of these methods support our work and are teletherapy friendly. All of them support both individual and relationship therapy (even your relationship with all ages of your SELF!) I use an approach that helps people to rather quickly recognize how their "stuck challenges" and defenses have been "safety maneuvers" for perhaps their whole lives. How enlightening and empowering!

With technology, you can experience all the benefits of in-person therapy on secure, easy-to-use, high-quality internet platforms. Online sessions allow you to do therapy in the comfort of your own home or allow you flexibility in environments that best suit you. It can be especially helpful to those who find it challenging to travel to an office for appointments due to location, work, children at home, lifestyle, or other practical or personal reasons. While there are multiple ways that counseling can take place online, I work primarily with face-to-face video conferencing via Zoom and, on occasion, telephone sessions. I always hold my sessions in a quiet and confidential space, giving you the same confidentiality & professionalism that you experience within an office setting. Most, if not all, of my clients, find virtual sessions to be highly effective and convenient. They allow for the comfort and safety of therapy in your own space, and no travel time is often less vulnerable than needing to go to an office. Research of multiple studies finds that online therapy is equally effective as in-person for most cases. That being said I always advocate for what works best for each individual and it is wonderful to have choices to find your best path whichever that may be. If you are not super-computer savvy or are anxious about how to use technology, I will work to make it as seamless as possible. I have chosen a platform that is easy to use and I am happy to assist you with any questions or concerns. A common concern I hear from clients regarding online therapy is finding a quiet and/or confidential space when you’re homebound with children and/or family members or roommates. Be sure and scope this out in advance so you are guaranteed quiet and privacy during your session. Since it is so convenient many times people forget to allow themselves a few minutes to "switch hats" and allow themselves a few breaths and get settled into being present and in the head/body space for your session. Headphones or Airpods can often make audio clearer or ensure more privacy but are not necessary. Given that video sessions can be conducted on your smartphone, clients have found it helpful to go to a park, sit in their car in the driveway, and/or walk around your neighborhood. Get creative and support yourself. Find a private space that allows you to receive support no matter where you are. You are welcome to have pets join your space if you find that comforting, and supporting, and you may see my fellow feline/canine therapists join in one of our sessions on my end.

Get results without going to the office! Access all our dynamic services (Individual Therapy for adults, Holistic and integrative Psychiatry, Life Optimization, and Performance & Creativity Enhancement) – to go! Telemedicine (video-based) allows for online counseling and services from the convenience of your home, office, or hotel (as long as it is in a state where we are licensed). This method of care can help you feel at ease in settings better matched to your personality, schedule, and lifestyle. We have provided online therapy options since 2017 - before the pandemic enabled it as a mainstream service - and are therefore well-versed in both helping you feel comfortable and see desired results through this digital session option. Telemedicine is a great option for the following reasons: * You want a specialized expert * It is convenient for your schedule and lifestyle * You or your child suddenly feel sick so now you can’t make it to your in-office appointment * You live in a rural community with limited access to mental health providers * You want to maintain your regular session schedule when traveling We can talk through online video calls (accessible from laptops, phones, or tablets) to work on your goals from nearly anywhere!

Dr. Anna is a neurodivergent psychologist, which means her brain often thinks faster than she can keep up with and she spends far too much time on Spotify as well as running different marathons (Ragnar Relay is her favorite)! Dr. Anna is the owner of Sandbox Therapy Group, where fun is at the forefront of our mental health services model.
