Indianapolis, Indiana therapist: Dr. Ruth Viehoff, psychologist
Existential/Humanistic

Dr. Ruth Viehoff

Psychologist, PsyD, HSPP
Hello, I'm Dr. Ruth Viehoff, and it's a pleasure to virtually meet you. I specialize in working with anxious overachievers, perfectionists, and adults with ADHD. My clients are often worriers and people who struggle to meet their own exacting standards, even though to an outsider's view, they may appear to have it all together. Often my clients are so concerned and caring towards others, but can struggle to care for themselves and advocate for their own needs. In therapy, we work to introduce self-compassion and shift personal standards that may get in the way of enjoying your life. While I'm physically located in Indianapolis, IN, the majority of my clients see me virtually. Whether you live in Indiana, New York, Massachusetts, or a participating Psypact state, I'd love to connect with you and help you to live a more authentic, embodied, and joyful life. Reach out to me today to book a free consultation call!

Durham, North Carolina therapist: Hope I. Hills, Ph.D., psychologist
Existential/Humanistic

Hope I. Hills, Ph.D.

Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist in NC, Authorized PsyPact Practitioner in 40 states
Although I see clients in person if you live close to me in NC, I am "authorized" to see clients through Teletherapy by PsyPact, which lets me work with folks in all PsyPact states. I see individuals and couples (who sometimes aren't in the same place!) on my platform, and there is an "ease" that I don't think people expect. My core theory approach is Interpersonal Psychotherapy (combined with CBT, Gestalt, attention to lifestyle, spiritual life and career). I use testing to give us a "quickstart", namely the MBTI, FIRO/B, and Strong Interest Inventory. I also have a list of "handouts" (You wouldn't guess that I've been a professor in Counseling Psychology, would you?!) and a model called the Interpersonal Flexibility Circle that I've developed to more clearly see concretely how relationships really work. All of these methods support our work and are teletherapy friendly. All of them support both individual and relationship therapy (even your relationship with all ages of your SELF!) I use an approach that helps people to rather quickly recognize how their "stuck challenges" and defenses have been "safety maneuvers" for perhaps their whole lives. How enlightening and empowering!

Jeannette Craigfeld

Psychologist, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist
I have been providing online therapy since 2020 and found so many benefits to it, that I continued to offer online therapy since opening my own practice in 2022. I provide individual therapy for adults with a wide variety of concerns, particularly specializing in anxiety disorders, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship issues, perfectionism, and low self-esteem, among others. I am also able to provide assessments and letters for transgender and gender non-conforming clients seeking gender affirming care. I see therapy as a collaborative experience that is not one-size-fits-all. I integrate multiple theories in my work and pull mainly from humanistic, relational, feminist, and mindfulness and acceptance based therapies. I know that reaching out for therapy can be a vulnerable experience. I hope you are giving yourself credit for taking this first step. I am happy to answer any questions you may have, and I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation so we can get to know each other and make sure we would be a good fit for therapy before getting started.
