Dr. David Amarel
Psychologist, Ph.D.
After decades of providing psychotherapy and assessment in offices, I’ve moved recently (2019) into a different space: video. Active listening in a safe, private setting is foundational to this work. I’ve learned that the catalytic elements of good therapy can thrive via video too. Save yourself a trip away from work or home!

Julie Cochrane - Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Therapist
Hypnotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, RTT-T, Rewind Therapy Practitioner, CCP
We have all found ourselves at some point in our lives feeling frustrated, stuck, and dissatisfied with the way things are. Whether it is an unfulfilling career, a dissatisfying relationship, or an unhealthy lifestyle that we are struggling to overcome, most of us have at one time or another felt the desire to change these things. But despite our best intentions, making lasting changes can often be easier said than done. We may find ourselves struggling to break old habits, battling inner demons that seem impossible to slay, or simply feeling too overwhelmed by the obstacles standing in our way.
For many of us, this challenge is where Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) can provide the type of release you have been searching for. Drawing on techniques from various disciplines like hypnotherapy and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), RTT helps us to discover the hidden root causes of our struggles and get past the obstacles that keep us feeling trapped and powerless. I will help guide you down a path toward creating a life filled with freedom, happiness, and self-empowerment. Whether you are seeking transformation from addiction or chronic illness, relief from anxieties or depression, greater creativity in your work or a number of different issues you may be struggling with, with RTT I can help you find your way all from the comfort of your own space.

The method of Prof. Dr. Nosssrat Peseschkian (known as positive transcultural psychotherapy) enables a holistic development of personality and society by linking the following three areas:
1. positive development in the narrower sense (mental and physical well-being of the individual).
2. positive development in a broader sense (connection between mental health, job, family, partnership, future (the "balance model" we call it in the sense of personality development)
3. positive development in a comprehensive sense (mental health through cooperation between different areas of life: science, politics, economy, society, worldview and religion.
The Psychodynamic Positive Method is a depth-psychologically founded, resource-oriented and conflict-centred method from a transcultural perspective and was founded in 1968 by Prof. Dr. Nossrat Peseschkian.
