Due to my background in nursing and mental health, I have a good understanding of narcissistic personality disorder issues and how they impact the person including the potential impacts for those around them. I am able to utilise a psycho-educational approach to help you understand narcissistic personality disorder better, along with specific somatic (mind/body) therapy techniques within the therapy session to support greater healing of the often underlying trauma held within the subconcious brain. These gentle but effective techniques create a new positive sense of self.
