Hi, I'm Dizzy (they/them), a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and Canadian Certified Counsellor and Program Director of Companion Planting Counselling, based on lək̓ʷəŋən territory (Victoria, BC). As a trans, non-binary, polyamorous queer professional, I understand the complexities of navigating intersecting identities. With this understanding I work to create an inclusive space where every part of a client is welcomed and supported. I do this by combining lived experience with professional training to bring empathy and openness into each session.
I offer counselling for individuals, relationships of all structures and lengths (monogamous, ethically non-monogamous, new, or long-term), and families (biological, chosen, or given). I work with clients ages 5 and up.
Additionally, I provide body doubling and resourcing for diversified support.
