In my online therapy practice, I specialize in EMDR therapy as a transformative approach to assist individuals in their journey towards healing from trauma and narcissistic abuse, ultimately guiding them back to a place of self-love and emotional equilibrium. The lingering effects of childhood physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, along with the enduring impact of narcissistic abuse, can become deeply entrenched within the body, leading to symptoms of depression, anxiety, hypervigilance, and challenges in navigating relationships and daily life. I employ a video platform known as remotEMDR, which is specifically designed to facilitate EMDR therapy. This innovative approach aims to reshape the way these distressing memories are stored in the brain, fostering resolution and inner peace. To complement this therapy, I incorporate mind-body practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork, all of which serve to amplify the healing process. Drawing on my background as a neuropsychologist, I possess the expertise to help individuals identify their blind spots, condition their thoughts, and ultimately rewire their brains for enduring happiness and success. My mission is to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing that empowers individuals on their path to transformation and well-being.

If you are a private person and like to keep personal matters to yourself, opening up in therapy can be very difficult not only on an emotional level but cognitively you may worry about privacy issues as well. Online therapy and paying out of pocket for sessions, without using insurance, can be the guarantee that you need. Sadly, the stigma around going to therapy exists, and if you are a high functioning professional or a leader in your family and work life, the expectation to manage it all on your own can be crushing. I am here to tell you that it’s ok to be human and it’s ok to need help. Contact me today for a free consultation. I am most passionate about working with individuals that face relationship and family issues with their significant others and symptoms that develop because of life stressors. Conveniently schedule online and fill out paperwork in the privacy of your home via my client portal. Take care of yourself today.

I specialize in helping those who are anxious and overwhelmed learn to recognize and honor their needs - it may mean: giving yourself permission to slow down, scale back, set healthy boundaries, go after what you truly want, and be yourself (authentically and unapologetically). As your partner on this journey, I’ll help you muster your strength, foster your self-acceptance, and feel more at ease. I love that technology allows me to reach people who can't make it into the office. Distance counseling is so convenient and usually as effective as meeting in person. If you don't want to have to travel for an appointment, if you want to be spared exposure to illness, if you simply feel more secure at home--distance counseling is a great solution. The system I use is HIPAA compliant, meaning that what happens in the session is completely private, encrypted, and protected.
