Nathan Duff
Licensed Professional Counselor, M.Ed., LPC, LCMHC, CCTP, C-DBT, CYMHS
I started my career in 96, working with children and teens in residential treatment. I eventually became an elementary school counselor, where I created programs for gifted kids. Around 2009 I moved to clinical care, spending about 10 years providing and supervising various crisis services, often coordinating with psych hospitals and community resources. This experience exposed me to nearly every situation imaginable, from depression and self-injury to domestic violence and trauma.
Since becoming licensed in 2016, I began focusing on various issues of emotional dysregulation in ages 13 and up. In 2019 I started my private practice, where I've done a lot of work with borderline personality traits, and various forms of trauma (trauma certified CCTP) including sexual / military / EMS. I have a particular interest in working with survivors of female sexual perpetrators, dissociation, depression, anxiety, co-dependence, and existential concerns—especially in teenagers or gifted teens navigating complex emotional landscapes.

Karen Baumstark, Ph.D.
Psychologist, Ph.D., CMHIMP, CTACC
I have started offering teletherapy in addition to in-person appointments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, but plan to continue for the convenience of therapy clients even after the pandemic ends. Teletherapy has proven to be a viable and effective option for clients who otherwise for various reasons would not be able to access therapy services in person.

Dr. Maria Canyon
Psychologist, PsyD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist
I strive to closely replicate the feeling of an in-person therapy session through online therapy. I do this by committing myself to a space that is without distractions and asking you to do the same. In session, I will rely on nonverbal cues from you in order to properly attune to your emotions. I may ask you to adjust your surroundings or engage in grounding exercises before or after session to help you enter a therapeutic space and reintegrate into your home/office/wherever therapy is taking place. I believe that therapy should be accessible and creating quality online services is an essential part of this.
I am committed to increasing access to mental healthcare for rural populations. I am a fellowship-trained Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the states of Colorado and New Mexico. I also hold Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) from the PSYPACT Commission, allowing for services in 42 states (see map here: https://psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap).
