Positive Habits for a Better Life

I want to help you get better results in life!

I am sharing here some of the things that I do daily that help me stay positive, accountable and focused!
I read every day! When I was younger I was not a reader I dreaded books! But a few years ago a good friend gave me 3 books to read and made me promise I would read all 3 books and see how these books would change my life. 
I was ready for a change of mindset and eager to learn and so I started to read these books my friend had given me.
As soon as I started I could not put the book down. 
Are you curious yet as to. which books I am talking about? 
Here they are: 

1- You 2: A High Velocity Formula for Multiplying Your Personal Effectiveness in Quantum Leaps by Price Prithett
2- The ABC’s of Success by my mentor Bob Proctor
3- Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
After I read these books at least 4 times each! I continued to build my library both paperback books and Audible as I listen while I am driving or walking outdoors.

– Journey to the Heart by Melody Beaty
– Feeling is the Secret by Neville
– God Works Through Faith by Robert Russel
– The Art of Living by Bob Proctor
– The Game of Life by Florence Scovel Shinn
– The Strangest Secret by Earl Nightingale

I also focus on high-frequency thoughts. Keeping my mind positive as much as possible.
I try to stay away from drama and gossip and be around people that appreciate me and have things in common. 

I am big on expressing gratitude and positive affirmations. 
All these things I do daily and have changed my life. I hope that as you read my letter you are inspired.
