Psychologists Can Now get continuing Education credit for Energy Psychology Approaches

In other blogs I have talked about the effectiveness of Energy Psychology (EP)  approaches for PTSD.   One of the big stumbling blocks in getting this treatment out to more people, especially veterans, is that APA (American Psychological Association)  told its approved providers that they could not offer CE credit for EP.

That has now changed.  The association for comprehensive energy psychology (ACEP) has now been approved by the American Psychological Association to be a provider of CE credit for psychologists  for their programs in Energy Psychology effective Nov 11, 2012.

What does this mean for the future of EP?  If you are a psychologist you can now get CE credit for getting trained, at least from ACEP.  If you are a client or potential client you will eventually be able to find more competent therapists who use these great mind body aapproaches.
