Cindy Yu is a bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of both Florida and Alabama. She is well-trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, solution-focused therapy, Bowen’s theory, Gottman Method, CBT, and more.
